After my whinge about my 2 boring running routes, I decided to drive to Langport this evening (well I did need to go to Tesco anyway). Parked up at the shop & did a 3.6miler up Bowdens, Wearne, hanging chapel & back to Tesco. Almost stayed dry and wow, how nice to do a different little route on my own.
Must start new runs again - lost my mojo a bit with the lousy summer weather & stuck to the 2 boring routes close to home.
Totally agree that the boring routes are depressing and it's probably why I feel lethargic and heavy legged on them. I need some new routes!
