Karl - Days 131-180/365

I am back or should I say still here. If I am going to keep up with this blog then I'll have to do it daily otherwise I just don't do it at all.
Nearly half way but a lot of it has been a struggle as I have been labouring with an issue with my left foot for nearly 2 months and it seems to be moving around. So I have been doing a lot of 3k minimum runs. I did get the River Ayr Challenge done and as you can see from my race report with a surprisingly good result. Also to my surprise, the foot wasn't an issue.
To foot continues to bother me and has led me numerous times to want to stop the challenge to let it sort itself out but then it seems to get better so fingers crossed this may still happen.

  1. Hang in there Karl, you will get through the foot injury. I tore the muscle in my left hop on day 102 and soldiered on (painfully at times) but the injury does get better, it just takes that wee bit longer so you have to be patient
