Tony - Days 163-180/365 - three more runs till halfway!!!!!!! yipee!!!

Had to take some time off crossfit this month as my body has just been so so so tired. Muscles dont want to do what I asked them! However - Back into the swing of things and am going to try to get friends and family out running with me as I feel that when I run on my own I think too much about how my body hurts!
Developing a bit of plantar fasciitis at the mo - Only hurts first thing in the morning and at night. Along with everything else!!!!!
