Well I am now officially half way through the challenge. Whoop whoop!!! Have run 883 miles so far! However, I have decided that I cant stop in November - got to make it a full calender year at least! Also I am enjoying it, feel fitter, firmer & although I havnt lost any weight, my jeans etc are definatly looser - must have turned my fat into muscle! :D
Nearly a 6 mile loop this evening. Felt a bit weary & ran out of energy (sugar levels dropped) 4miles in. Still made it home fine. Also just missed a massive down pour.
