Another minimum 5k tonight because my good hip, now turned bad hip, is really really sore. My physio called me mad today to continue running but she also understands my commitment to seeing this challenge through to the end. Also, my bad hip, now turned good hip, has got the all clear even though its still a little tender and just needs some strength work on it.
I'll only be doing the minimum 5k for the next 3 weeks so that I can try and get myself ready for the WHW Highland Fling on the 28th April. I'll perhaps try a 10k per week to keep the heart going and the confidence levels up :)
