I decided to do an easy minimum 5k after yesterdays efforts at the Highland Fling. Sorry but not much to report on this run except that the legs felt fine but I was physically tired after Saturdays efforts

I was up at 4.35am and drove almost 300 miles as I was using my car as the support vehicle. Oh and I also ran 12.6 miles of tough cross country terrain lol
ReplyDeleteFantastic effort on the fling Charles - particularly since as you say you've been at 5K due to your hips and then to quadruple the distance and on cross-country terrain is no small feat. Great work and I bet the beer at the end tasted amazing!
