In order to allow my ankle to recover as fully as possible I allowed myself this week to complete minimum distance, steady jogs on the flat. As frustrating as this was I do think it has been beneficial to allow me to get back to full fitness. My ankle has not been too bad this week and so I will be looking to gradually build things up over the next week. Hopefully I will get a long steady run in soon...
