I'm uploading Tuesday's run again as I named it Day 267 and it is really Day 268 and I couldn't work out how to change it on the blog.

Thursday with my running group. We did half an hour of hill reps. I didn't record it as my phone is heavy on my arm and until I can afford a watch, I'm just recording the longer runs and for the harder work outs I'm recording the run home! So in total I did 4miles but the link shows 1.5m! I worked hard on the hills and tried to keep on my toes. I'm sure the cold biting wind didn't help but I'm so glad I've done it for the week! :)
