Had hoped to do 5m this morning as part of my Comrades training schedule, but half mile in I had to walk as was struggling to breathe! Coughing spluttering & generally feeling miserable.
Put my sensible hat on (dont wear it very often) & decided to walk/run the minimal 2m. Think this is what I will have to stick with until I feel a bit better as I have a tuff 20miler this coming weekend.
