I've finally completed, albeit about 30 day's late, Marg's 100 day 100 minute challenge. Promised you I would do it when I felt fit enough.
I did a double run today. A lunchtime run for 40 minutes and then and an evening run with the running club for 64 minutes which is a total of 104 minutes and 10.92 miles :))
I felt pretty good today but a little bit tired by the time I finished the run tonight but I'm not surprised because I'm only just getting back to full fitness and its been about 6 weeks since I ran more than 10 miles in one day. Totally pleased with the distance today because I'm back on track with the half marathon training :)
