Running club tonight and I managed to push the pace out up the hills. I even managed to get a stitch so the old foot stomping technique came good to help clear the trapped air that causes the stitch. I'm still not back to full strength as I started to get really tired on the long uphill sections. I think the ultra sound by the physio and the spin class last week is doing wonders :)
