I had intended to go for a 10 mile run today but was warned by the physio yesterday that I shouldn't as I'll only cause more problems with the hip. Hence, I did just over 5k and I was really impressed by my time because it's the fasted I've ran in years and the good thing is that I wasn't even trying :))
I'll wait and do my 10 miles on Monday and the take it easy the rest of the week because I've got the Sport Relief First Nation Home 6 mile run on the 25th March (my birthday!) and then I've got the 13.1km Kilomathon on the 1st April
