I was not too sure about running on the beach after my last beach run in Florida, so Brad and I ran a beautiful 3 miler alongside Royal Pines golf course. It was very pretty and shaded with the most wonderful old South Carolina trees. It was very humid as they had not long had the storms that we had had in the Smoky Mountains the day before. We went onto the beach in the evening and I think it will be good for some runs during the week.
