Nicky: Day 128/365 Upton Loop

Popped out after work to do a quick 3 miles. After watching the Horizon programme on training I decided to incorporate 1 whole minute of sprints - 3 x 20 min bursts! I really should do this anyway as I have gotton myself into a bit of a plod along routine. Need to up the anti with regards to speed & hill work.
