Brad and I went in the Sam Costa today. Just the 1/4 marathon, not the 1/2 marathon. The 1/2 is the oldest road race in Indiana, going now for 43 years. They added the 1/4 marathon 7 years ago. It is a really pretty run through Carmel and about as hilly as Carmel can get. We were very pleased with our time for that distance and felt great. The running conditions were perfect, about 55oF, no wind and a bit overcast. The effect of the strength test on Thursday is now in full force and I will now retire to the bathtub for a long soak.
