Pete Day 188 - Standard 3.3 mile lunchtime run by Pljrun

Another mild and dry overcast day doing just the standard lunchtime run today, got a couple of long runs planned for Sat and Sun.

    Ah OK. I was getting confused. I saw a posting by Mel saying you were doing 13m tomorrow. I thought I had my days mixed up!! :)
