Quick querie! Is anyone having issues downloading from their Garmin to Garmin Connect? I did a 6mile run this morning & it has recorded on my watch but refuses to download! Computer says I had a successful transfer today but it is still not showing up altho I can clearly see the log on the Garmin?
I am confused.com
I think most of us are having problems. The website had a message up a few days ago saying they were experiencing problems
ReplyDeleteEveryone seems to having some problems at the moment - what a pain. I'm taking a picture of mine after every run just so I know I have some record of it. Hope it gets sorted out sooner rather than later.
ReplyDeleteCan I suggest a method that I have used before and suggested to Rob who also had success
ReplyDeleteFully close the +ant app on your computer - restart it and see if it works. Other option is to fully delete the +ant app then re download it with the recent plugins.
Other option is to select force send from the watch when in the presence of the computer and +ant stick.
