Pete Day 204 - A very icy club 13 miler by Pljrun at Garmin Connect - Details
Sunday club run and a plus 13 miler planned, no more snow but lots of ice around and it was quite dodgy in places. At times it could have been ice skating and going down Turn Hill was a bit hairy as Shaun who ran with me nearly found out to his cost. Kept trying to snow but didn't so it was a nice run although quite cold in places.
Pete Day 203 - Same 4 miler as yesterday slower due to ice by Pljrun at Garmin Connect - Details
Same run as yesterday, no more snow but a lot more ice around, have to watch the step, concentrate more so not as enjoyable.
Pete Day 202 - A snowy four miler at home by Pljrun at Garmin Connect - Details
Too snowy to run at work so went for a slow 4 miler at home. Not too bad as it had started to clear and running in the road made it easier. But stepping on the pavement was dodgy.
Pete Day 201 - Late lunchtime 3.3mile run by Pljrun at Garmin Connect - Details
A standard 3.3 mile lunchtime run, little later today after visit from HMRC. Boy did I need it certainly cleared the head.
