nothing too exciting tonight... The half marathon plan scheduled 30mins speed work and I failed miserably at that! Late home form work and in the need of some dinner, I headed out for a quick normal paced run instead... Perhaps will try the speed work tomorrow, but can't say it fills me with joy as I've never been particularly good at the speed stuff. Can anyone recommend any speed drills that might make it a bit more enjoyable?...
