Jack: Day 198/365...Special Delivery!

This morning my legs were feeling pretty tired after yesterday's efforts and so I decided to stick with a short 5k. I missed the delivery of my new trainers yesterday and so decided to take the opportunity to jog down to the delivery office and collect them. The convenient 2.5km to the office means that I can jog there and back and clock up my daily minimum without too much fuss. The shoes were essentially the same as my previous pair just in a slightly different colour. I had previously been for a fitting in a store in Glasgow and been told that the Adrenaline GTS 12's would be ideal for my running style. After six months of running in them without any problems I decided to stick with the same shoe. This time however I bought them online at half of the price that I paid in-store. Bargain!
