Charles: Day 3 & 4/365 - Minimum distance runs

As I'm still having problems with my hip I decided to only do the minimum distances. Apart from the 2 x 5k races I have this weekend and the usual 10k with the running club on Monday nights, I've decided to keep my distances to an absolute minimum over the next couple of weeks before I start my marathon training.
