Had to split the 5 into two 2.5's today between training some people in the west end
Nothing too difficult - doing a lot of weights at the mo so using the run as recovery.
i will also be making my min distance 3km as 5km everyday is just bonkers.

I've adopted the 3k min as well as I found the 5k didn't give me enough recovery time and OTS has played a big problem in the second half of last years challenge
