The next New Guy!

Hello everyone - my name is Mark and I have just begun the run365challenge. I seem to be in a different time zone than everyone else that I see posting on this blog and that makes this way cooler. I seem to have my head in the same zone as everyone that I have read as I too love to run. Have done a marathon and a few half's and lately have "lost my focus." I have wanted to do a 365 run since I first heard about a guy who did it in a running mag. The most difficult part for me and probably for many is to keep from getting hurt - starting out slow. Very happy to be in the company of you all.

      Thank you for the welcome. I am in the Unites States, Maumelle Arkansas. Seems like most of the others on this site are pretty close geographically.
