Morning Everyone! It's a grey and foggy one here!! Just been out, and managed four miles! Hooray! I'm pleased, even though it is frustrating to feel so unfit compared to pre-injury! I stretched thoroughly after, and will likely put another 20 minutes into stretching later, as I can just feel that tell-tale bruised feeling in my shin. Probably back to minimum distance tomorrow to keep the devil that is injury at bay, but try and get a couple of two or three miles in somewhere to progressively re-introduce myself to "distance".
