Getting fed up with struggle with the running. Did the 2m minimum again today but still feeling tired & extremely sluggish! Legs heavy & really not enjoying the running at the moment. Its probably psychological & I am sure I will perk up again - better had as got some challenges coming up.
I know the feeling Nicky cos I've got dead legs and feel tired. I wonder if all this running malarky is catching up with us :)
