Nicky: Day 259 Long Sutton & Upton Loop by knickerscat at Garmin Connect - Details
Same route for both days. 5k just around the lanes. Both runs were in the rain although at least its not cold. Still keeping the running very slow although the heavy old lead legs seem to be getting better. They better had as its the Yeovilton 5k race tomorrow evening. Dont think it will be PB material though!! :D
