Another 22 days in the bag and day 100 came and went. All going well so far and after a lengthy time running on a dodgy knee that seems to have finally sorted itself out and I can start to do some longer distance runs again.
Morning run with Michael Novicki followed by the club session in the evening which was in torrrential rain and we had to divert due to flooding along the Water of Leith.

10k run along the canal and back. Gradually starting to pick up the distances and at 4:22 pace picking up the speed too.

Another short 3k. Mountainbiked Glentress Black earlier in the day in a very speedy effort.

Nice 6k taking in the Water of Leith and the Canal.

15k run around the Edinburgh Hills. It was great to be out on the trails again.

Mostly a hillwalk but to make sure I got my running in I ran some sections of this hill walk. It was my OH's birthday walk for her 40th.

Dropped the rental car off at the airport and then ran home along the canal which I really enjoyed
