Slowing down

Lately I have been slowing down and feeling very sore between runs. To hopefully keep the injury chance down I have slowed down and decreased my mileage. Hopefully this will bring things back to "normal."

  1. You start to feel like this after about a month. It doesn't last long though.

    You'll experience the problem quite a number of times during the challenge. You do get through it :)
