Working Bath but had to stick with a fast walk as opposed to a proper run due to seeing customers later on again. Hilly old walk tho that made me huff & puff!! :)

In Newbury with work so set off for a very muddy 5miler. Gorgeous area for running but because of the darn weather, it was pretty slippy. Fell over catching my face & ear in a bramble bush! Bleeding ear & lovely bruise. Well worth it for the gorgeous area though. Loved it. Poor running shoes though!!!

Got back from work late, stinking headache so just did a very slow 2.2miler with Dave German from the club!

To make up for last nights short run, did 6m this evening. Really enjoyed it. Did loop from home to Knole & towards Somerton & back.
