Usual Knole rd.  I stupedly forgot to turn Garmin off when I returned so it looks like it has taken me 24 hrs to run 2m!!  I am slow but not that slow.

Nicky: Day 177 Run with club by Nicky.C at Garmin Connect - Details

Running club this evening. I was informed that I have won ladies club champion 2012. Really chuffed and a little surprised as its the third year on the trot I have been voted for this!  Very happy. Ran with Kathy & we did the Battle of Sedgemoor 10k route. Really enjoyed it too.
