A fresh rainy morning running along by the river Avon was further enhanced by the numerous puddles to splash through. As when you trainers are wet, they are wet, so go for it and get muddy.

After the exertion of yesterdays Park Run, I was always going to take this easy. Its always good to look up and around at your surrounding now and then. 

I have just signed up to the Great Western Runners towpath series. 4 x 10K and a final 5K
