Another basic lunchtime run the other way round, again very windy but today also very wet, with road wide puddles to run through ! no company today either, wonder why?

Back to the old basic 3.3 mile course, but now with autumn windy weather well set in. It tried to rain but thankfully kept away, on my own now Tony is not into bad weather, can't say I blame him.
