Decided to do a 6miler with Rob, Paul, Pete & Maggie from the club. Usual cold weather & nasty constant drizzle. Nice steady pace which felt good.
Back at club house for a welcome cup of hot tea & nice home made Dorset apple cake - nice one Robbo!!!
If you look at my Garmin connect run, you will notice that I actually did 10m & 4 of them extrememly quickly! Oops, forgot to turn the darn thing off before driving home.
My registered actual run was 6.45miles. :)
