Day 11 - first day that it was difficult to get in a run. Finished work a bit late and had organised to meet up with friends to watch some fireworks so had 20mins to squeeze in a run and shower! Bit hectic but managed to complete it! Short run round town.

Had a longer run today, took it steady and enjoyed the run. Returned to one of my old regular routes when I was running more. Nice to get back to it.
