Got a busy day ahead with 10 folk coming for a BBQ! Oh dear - the weather forecast is not good!!! Popped out at around 8am & did 5k in the rain - stuck to a very slow run again due to my lead legs of late. Felt fine providing I stuck with a very slow pace. Popped around the country lanes trying to avoid the puddles.
