Expected the hang over from hell & I was fine. Obviously paced myself a lot better than usual. I wish the same could be said for my mate Liz!!
Got back to Somerset at around 12. Looks like rain so I decided to hold off for a couple of hours before heading out. Had planned to do 6 but felt sluggish. Have a 10k race on Wednesday so decided to just enjoy the sunshine & pootle for 3 miles. Very nice too!!!
