Sorry for the long delay in getting my runs back on here. Have way down this list is the West Highland Way Race (Day 72) - a DNF for me due to being too cold and having serious problems with my knees. Huge congratulations to Tony on his amazing time in what were truly horrible conditions. The link to my race report is below too.

Day 73/365 by kfzeiner at Garmin Connect - Details
first run back 24 hours after retiring. More than 50 % of it was walking as my knees really wouldn't let me run just more than a minute or so just as during the latter stages of the WHW race.
Day 74/365 by kfzeiner at Garmin Connect - Details
4k today, I had a bit of a silly idea of doing 3k yesterday, 4k today, then 5k, then 6k etc. so that I could still make 300k for the month after I missed out on 30k from the WHW race. As you will see a bit further down this wasn't going to happen. I decided to be sensible on the knees in the end. Still a fair bit of walking in the 4k.
Day 75/365 by kfzeiner at Garmin Connect - Details
Just under 5k, a bit less walking as the knees started to feel a bit better.
Day 76/365 by kfzeiner at Garmin Connect - Details
Just under 6k, I was still on target at this point but the risk on the knees seemed to high and from here on I'd drop the distances again.
Day 77/365 by kfzeiner at Garmin Connect - Details
6k again and actually a solid run, but by the end the knees were complaining again.
Day 78/365 by kfzeiner at Garmin Connect - Details
Down to 3k again now.
Day 79/365 by kfzeiner at Garmin Connect - Details
and another 3k but now with decent pace of just over 5min/k.
Day 80/365 by kfzeiner at Garmin Connect - Details
This run felt good for the first time with no leg issues. I had also for the first time since the WHW woken up with no knee pain, so the stiffness is subsiding.
Day 81/365 by kfzeiner at Garmin Connect - Details
Longest run since the WHW - well broken into 2 - to and from the Commie Pool.
Day 82/365 by kfzeiner at Garmin Connect - Details
First trail run since the WHW. Legs definitel seem back to normal now.
