Charles: Day 209/365 - Feeling a wee better

I went for a lunchtime run at work and wasn't looking forward to it. I actually felt not too bad when I got out there but still feel heavy legged. I'm taking these runs very easy at the moment to try and use them as recovery runs because my next race is the Glenrothes 10k in just over a week
