Struggled with my runs over the last few days. Either my change in diet hasn't been helping Fri, Sat and Sun were hard going. Did 10k on Sat and 10 miles on Sunday. Yesterday's 8k run felt a lot better though. I think I may have been over-thinking technique a bit and need to relax again.
I do tend to use running to get to places (meetings, coaching sessions). The runs can be rushed if I feel I am running late. This therefore means that I am not running relaxed as I should do.
