Run home from work after a very stressful and tiring day.
Day 208 by Sallycinn at Garmin Connect - Details

Long, steady, slow run on Saturday morning.  Just under 11 miles and with 2 hills = knackered!  But can feel myself getting fitter every week.  Every time I'm running a longer distance - really motivating when you feel the progress.

Sunday morning recovery run - going for the best roast dinner in Bristol later - the Kengsington Arms - check it out if ever in Brizzle.
Day 210 by Sallycinn at Garmin Connect - Details

Nothing to report - basic run.
Day 211 by Sallycinn at Garmin Connect - Details

Today's run after work was cold and a bit rainy.  I ran with a heavy backpack and made my way up to the downs and back down Cranbrook.  I felt springy and happy as I ran through the rain and really enjoyed every part of the run - even the uphill part.  Great way to forget work woes.
