With an appointment rescheduled for tomorrow and my next one not until 7:00pm I was able to sneak this in between.
It was noticeable that the cold winds have returned and that the temperature had dropped, Brrrrrrrr.
Still another 5K in the bag and no ill effect from giving blood yesterday.
