A very technologically challenging day today. I can easily deal with the run365challenge as I am in control of my own responses and responsibility. However stray from that field and everyones opinion/point of view only throws up another potential solution/distraction depending on which side of the fence you sit.
That aside the run today was brisk and in the last throws of daylight, so the upside here were the colours in the sky and the huge full moon to gaze at. I kept it simple as the miles again this week have been creeping up, so an out and back from home to cover the minimum 5K.
I have a very busy day on the road with Jess tomorrow as we are off to Loughborough Uni, lets hope the weather behaves and we can see it in all its glory. I will take the kit bag, just in case I can sneak a run in somewhere nice on the way home.
