224/365 5K countdown by Big Kev
Not a lot to report about the run tonight apart from the nice weather, as its all about the countdown now. Its just over 7 miles to go until the big 1000 mile mark. So the plans are to save the threshold until Wednesday and share it with my running buddies at GWR.
Its nice to be back at work and to catch up on all the developments and I am looking forward to the next few weeks planning.
