213/365 The start of our holiday 5K by Big Kev
The start to our holiday begins today with a whole day away from the office before we travel tomorrow. The packing is almost complete and now its more about the paperwork based organisation for the dive students, than trying to find some space in a suitcase for another pair of shoes. That to come later as I woke when ready this morning which is always a pleasure on a week day and then headed out into Leigh Woods. I was never going to break any records this morning and the effect of last nights run and Mr Thatchers intervention before bed put pay to that. It was amazingly warm already this morning and there is only one word to describe my condition after the run and that is, wet! Even my eyeballs were sweating this morning and the shower preceding the run was great, but I have a sneaky feeling it not going to be the last shower of the day.
We have lunch organised with Katie today as she is on her last shift at the pub before holiday and then we have Kerry coming in for some PC help, so all in all another busy day.
Bring on the flight tomorrow!
