Nice little 3 miler with a work colleague. I unfortunatly slipped on a wet style & managed to rip a lovely gouge out of my shin. Ouch!!! Apart from that an uneventful & enjoyable little trot.

5.5m trail race today. Extrememly hot & hilly. Really struggled but the scenary was beautiful. Numbers turning out for the race were down on the last 2 years too, probably because so warm. Photo below of us from the club at the finish. Looking a little scarlet!

Yeoviliton 5k road race. Warm evening with a bit of a head wind on the final straight. No PBs tonight. In fact I was 1:08 mins slower than last months race. Hmmmm!!!
