Today's run is dedicated to our dear friend Dave who passed away a year ago today. Dave is one of the reasons I put on a Macmillan shirt every day and face the elements. I have been think about today's run for some time and how I was going to mark it. Well it kind of just took care of itself, the weather behaved itself and I was able to enjoy a lap of my favourite route in the setting sun. I have realised that I have marked it by just being here and completing another day.
After the obligatory man shower we headed on over to Lou's for an evening of catching up, laughing and reminiscing. A great way to end the day.
