315/365 Monday dash 5K by Big Kev
Keeping it simple today as there was a lot of good things going on. I find the time I am out running is a great time to reboot. It allows me some perspective time and today's run was perfect, as I was far more productive this afternoon.
Tina is keeping me well fuelled even on a packed lunch day and today was no exception, thanks lovely.
Right, tomorrow is 7 weeks to go and Tina and Jess are now ganging up on me and using the Christmas word, just because its 6 weeks until Christmas day and they have seen the Coke advert. Christmas is coming (....insert expletives here....)
