Tony Day 17/365 - Night time 5km around burnside with Buddy the Dog!

So started to panic today when it turned about 6pm and I hadn't got my run in yet! Looking for some inspiration I turned to Ann's dog buddy in an attempt to reduce the boredom. Only being a puppy and having never ran any distance before I thought this may be a good idea for him! He shot off at some pace but by about 1.5km his ears were down and he started to slow! Thought I will perform another lap of the area before taking him home, so off we trotted! The poor wee soul did 3.5km before I thought he had enough. After this I quickly popped out to do the rest. As a reward I decided to give my well and truly worn trainers to buddy as a treat!!!
