Usual 2 miler down the Knole Rd. Garmin did record this run but I somehow managed to delete it whilst trying to upload (probably had had to much wine). Have just done it as a copy run.

Nicky: Day 358 Hazelbury 10k race by Nicky.C at Garmin Connect - Details

Local 10k multi - trerrain race. I aimed for 55 mins & got in in 49:35 ish. Well chuffed as it was a muggy evening. I had also forgotton what a tough little course this was, couple of steep hills, plenty of styles, kissing gates & single person tracks to get caught up on. Enjoyed the run & think I did a course PB for me.

Went out with Randle and he really pushed me :-) fastest run of the year at 8.24 mins/mile including some incline. Need to enter Leeds Abbey Dash 10k whilst I'm still on a high! :-)

Run at lunchtime with Lisa. She did really well and kept going for 2.1 miles including a bit of a hill :-). I kept running back and forth to her but enjoyed it.

Up at 4.45am to do a car boot with Lisa. Rubbish as after nearly 6 hours of work made a mere £21 each :-(. Very tired so just a slowish trot around the block.

Morning run as leaving at lunchtime to go into Leeds. First day of the football season and going to watch the mighty Leeds United against Brighton. Very excited, yippee! :-)
